SWAN's oil-free reciprocating bare pump uses special PTFE material for guide rings and compression rings, no need to refuel the pump to avoid oil pollution problems, besides being environmentally friendly.
Under long-term operation, the cooling system has been adjusted and improved to enhance the cooling effect of the bare pump, while maintains operational efficiency and product durability.
Better heat dissipation performance in comparison with aluminum alloy cylinder, which extends the service life of cylinder.
Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Rust Treated Cylinder Head
Treated with Nai-Hsin and Nai-Te to prevent rust and the other problems that follow, such as abnormal operation noise, reduced efficiency and serious damage to the air compressor.
More flexible production configuration
Intakes low pressure air (2~5 kg/cm2) in the pipeline and boosts to max. 10 kg/cm2 to meet manufacturing demands and allocate pressure efficiently to save power.
By using the BSD-210, the air compressor can be reduced in working pressure, achieving energy and CO2 savings.
7 % energy is conserved if every 1kg/cm2 decrease in working pressure. Lowering pressure of main system to 6~7 kg/cm2 and install a booster to operate high pressure applications.
To install BSD-210 to the existing compressor systems will help to boost up the existing main compressed air and the total air output flow is increased three times from original.
The air booster takes in low-pressure compressed air through a pipeline and increases the pressure that Compared to a standard single-output horsepower oil-free air compressor at the same pressure, the air output volume will be increased by approximately three times.
