With decades of accumulation of profound knowledge and experience in developing and manufacturing air compressors, we have
grasped the intricate details of the manufacturing process. Swan air compressors is able to closely control and monitor each step of the process from
R&D, to casting components, machining and assembly. Before any components are assembled at Swan, each and every part has to
go through rigorous material testing, including material composition analysis as well as
hardness and stress tests.

In the R &D phase, customers’ needs and feedbacks are always considered.
The use of 3D AutoCAD Inventor provides tools for precision analysis of design
visualization and manufacturing documentation. Its 3D modeling function develops
mathematical representations of any three-dimensional surfaces of objects for
simulation and analysis.
The software assists us in resolving problems and
defects in the R&D phase before manufacturing to save time and costs.
Through our extensive training programs, up-to-date product information
and specialist knowledge are shared among the colleagues effectively on a
timely basis. Additionally, our R & D engineers frequently participate in
on-the-job and hands-on training to constantly improve professional skill for
the innovation and development of new products.


SWAN is already investing heavily in the development of ever-greener
products and technologies and will continue to increase this investment
in the future.



Manufacturing Facilities

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with headquarter in Taiwan and four other manufactories located in China, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, featuring layout design for effective production and in-house testing lab for quality assurance, provides the capability to meet the markets stringent requirements and demands.
